Paris will host the Olympic Games in 2024. In this context, Chartres has been awarded the "Terre de Jeux 2024" label and as such is committed to developing actions and events around sport, promoting the Olympics to bring the emotions of sport to life. For example, the city has set up Summer Wednesdays. Each square in Chartres will host sports challenges such as badminton, athletics, boxing, tennis, basketball, tennis and rugby.
